Fishing the PANAMA CANAL ON FOOT for My First Tarpon | Field Trips with Robert Field

In this occurrence, I have one last day in Panama City before I pate back to the Nation, but I’m not done fishing more. My regional friends Melvin and Joel are taking me to a special spot on the Panama Canal, one of the greatest undertakings of human engineering, on a mission to get me my first tarpon. These are some of the most difficult fish to arrive in the world, which I know all too well after losing every one of the 14 tarpon I’ve fastened in my life so far.

And to add to the challenge, we’ll be evading saltwater crocs and the authorities along the way.
